Here is mine. Nothing all that exciting. The wallpaper was put together from sources by Nick TexasLTE. The icon set is by SeriouslyCrazy on XDA, packaged up nicely on the Play Store HERE. The clock is just Beautiful Widgets. Nova Launcher on Dirty Unicorns, of course.

Only for certain elements.

Most things are accomplished with just a third party launcher, and/or things like zooper or uccw widgets, and dont require root.

Things like changing your softkeys, or on some devices hiding or making transparent the menu bar/dock requires root.
