Post Your Last Purchase

Going to see spider man this afternoon, the new movie, "Brand new day..."
Not often I will head to movies, last one was superman, I will let you know how it is well.
 
Groceries today, a few cheese packages, a pound of ham, no real snacks this time around, I remember I had a few of them, just gatorade, and nothing super massive though... I did look at dvds again.. sooner or later going to watch the twisted metal tv series I have saved on my google tv cloud..

Mine......well I will wear them down to get newer ones. IT takes a long time before getting new socks. The last ones I did bought was I was in plymouth.
 
My girlfriend is acutally getting my cell for me, the moto edge 2026 that I posted on here and did my research.
I am going to be over the moon, a few nights ago on Sat. I could not sleep due to the excitement, yeah I am still a giant energy track runner lol.
 
Just be ready because I got the Moto G Stylus 2026 and half the settings weren't where Android settings normally are, and obscured in weird other places. Beyond that and the bloatware to remove, I suspect you'll like it,

yeah she wanted to treat me the other day too, I have to pay off the cellphone bills but it is pretty much like eighty percent off, even without going to the store and speaking with them for more then a few hours.....Much safer that way :)


I did ontopic:

Picked up a few groceries and then frozen yogurt peanut butter and chocolate chip.
I think I am going to share this with my groupie tonight.
 
I actually chose the progressive lenses, Milo.
I'm hoping that they'll fit in better with the way I do things.
When they say me down at the table, to figure out what frames I'd like, I pointed to a pair on the wall. Metal frame with a medium sized lens area. The lady and my wife walked around bringing over other styles, to no results. Everyone agreed that the first pair that I picked out was the perfect look.

I don't know what the metal actually is, but the frame can bend nearly in half and spring back to like it's supposed to.
Probably a titanium alloy. Now, when someone on the EDC forums asks about titanium EDC , I'll post a pic of my purdy face.

There is a learning curve but oddly enough, the brain figures it out after a bit of time. You will have to concentrate on what is in front of you while walking and not what is below you. Going down a flight of stairs is always a bit tricky at first. You will never love them but learn to appreciate the tool you've bought. I'm happy that you invested in glasses tailored for you.

Yeah a learning curve, but oddly enough the brain figures out after a bit of..what OB said.
 
I'm finding out about that learning curve, with the new specs. Don't have too many steps to worry about but I need to get used to moving my head, instead of just my eyes, when things move from side to side. Being able to watch TV and still being able to see my phone is really cool.
I did order a cleaning cloth in a pouch that I can clip to things, today. Won't be apt to losing it now.

I wore glass glasses for decades. Though they were heavy, there was never a fear of rubbing the coatings off like the plastic glasses. The cleaning cloth is a must with modern glasses. You must be careful on the soap that you might use to remove grease, and never ever use paper products to wipe your glasses. The fibers can scratch the coatings.
I was so accustomed to the heavy eyewear of glass that I hated the plastic glasses. I only have one major complaint about them now. They are very susceptible to cooking grease build up. My smoker is really bad about trashing my glasses. I would have never survived the cabinet making occupation wearing plastic glasses.
It was a constant battle to remove enough fine dust to see and a handkerchief or t-shirt bottom were in constant use... ruining plastic glasses.

I have four more jugs of nonflavored electrolyte ordered.

For blood in case if you get a nose bleed, I just used water with a paper napkin really damp.
