Is your 100% invisible slider from WidgetLocker? I want an invisible slider but am too cheap to pay the 2 bucks for it, and am trying to figure out of I can get a completely transparent slider for no cost.

does my phone need to be rooted to install these? And I'm assuming WL is needed to install...
excuse all the dumb questions, I'm finally switching from BlackBerry to Android and the only thing I'm concerned about right now is customization.

No rooting required. Yes, you need WidgetLocker or some other lockscreen replacement to do things like this.

Slider is "OrangeGlow", which I found a while back on XDA, shouldn't prove too difficult to find on the widgetlocker thread, probably in the early pages...

the wallpaper I found online a while back as part of Win7 desktop packages, Winter theme
and am using the standard unlock for now.
I've also removed the notification bar
For some reason if I try to use a different wallpaper for the lock screen to my home screen WL has a meltdown and my stock lock screen appears, I lose my updated boot animation as well. Kinda random.
