This is my first post here, and my first customized lock screen. Just learning Widgetlocker, minimalistic text, etc... Based on other's I have seen posted here, I hope this don't offend anyone. But if so please let me know and I will delete it. Or a Mod can delete it if necessary. I have a lot to learn and a long way to go to be up to the level you all are at.

Fonts: For time: Pieces Of Eight. Pixel font for date & weather: FF Forward. Missed It font: Helvitica.
Slider I got from XDA.

Thank you. To be honest I almost didn't post it but then I thought, what the heck. You, along with some others do some really nice work. It's a joy to see what you all come up with along with your creativity.

You can use Gimp or Photoshop or some sort of photo editing software. Then you need a template of your phone so you can merge the two together .
Gimp is free to download from the internet , just do a google search. Thats the program I use.
What little I know of how to use I learned from trial and error and tutorials from google searches and YouTube.
If you need more details PM me. I'll try to help if I can.

I was kinda wondering this same thing. I use Paint Shop Pro for most graphics. Now I need to find a template of my phone.

I assume you mean the minutes? Yeah. I made the minutes too dark. Or I should have used a lighter wall. Oh well. A newbe mistake.

If you save your image as a png I don't think that white background will show in your post.
