I have discovered a few tips that made me like the phone even more.
1. Turn off the Ripple effect, I didn't like the foggy lock screen it's faster too. Security-Lock Screen options.
2. Pinch out in applications to edit.
3. Pinch out in the browser to see open pages and also to access Incognito mode.
4. Replace Stock Weather & Clock (I use Simi clock renders fast low resources and a lot of customization).
5. Disable unused apps (some apps you have to uninstall updates in order to disable).
6. Hold down the menu button to initiate a google search.
7. Swipe left on a contact to text swipe right to call.
8. Enable Voice command to take pics by saying "cheese or "smile" also accept or decline calls by voice. Settings -Language and input
One more cool tip I forgot to mention in order to use pop up player the content has to be drm free. So if you want to be able to play YouTube videos you have to download them. The best YouTube video downloader I have found is TubeMate it's not in the app store so you will have to Google it.
