Root Posting Rom ?????

If I post a Rom, do I need to give credit or ask permission to include free apps from the play store?

Lol...no name yet, but honestly probably not worth posting. It's pretty much stock with a few extras, basically my daily.

ya quadrants dont mean much to me. But post it when you can no rush. People like having new ROMS to flash.. I have tried them all..
