Potentially Dumb question lol

ok So i have a motorola droid which I love. Here is my question, what in the difference between the HTC Droid Incredible, and the Motorola Shadow???

HTC Droid Incredible: Processor- 1Gz Snapdragon (Really Fast.)
Screen- 3.7" AMOLED screen (vivid, but bad in direct sunlight)
Video Recording- 480x800 WVGA
HTC Sense UI


Motorola Shadow: Processor- 720 MHz OMAP 3630 processor from Texas Instruments (Not as fast)
Screen- 4.1-inch FWVGA (very crisp)
Video Recording- 720p
MotoBlur UI




Both Phones have: 8 mega-pixel cameras, Android 2.1, soon to be 2.2, 8 GB internal storage, no physical keyboard, and they sell for around $200.
