Help Power button and locked screen.

Hi. I was just wondering whether it was possible to make the power button not power down my device when my screen is locked?
Locked as like I've pressed the power button once. Atm it powers the device down if it's in my pocket and something accidently presses the power button for a few seconds and it's rather irritating because I need to power it up from time to time because of this.

Try not to wear so tight jeans? Or a protective pouch?

Seriously HOW you manage this? And I would say this is a software bug? If your screen is locked (have you some lock?) and the phone sleeping the power button wont power it down. You should have to unlock it first for that.

I would say your device is shutting down on some bug, hw problem?
