I've got a Nexus One with a broken power button. It works once in awhile but pretty much doesn't. It is not under warranty. Is this an easy problem to fix? Does it cost much?

I did a little digging and saw that it could be the flex or ribbon cable that needs to be replaced. Is this the right one here: Flex Cable Ribbon Parts For HTC Google Nexus One G5 - eBay (item 250742840687 end time Mar-14-11 09:25:54 PDT)
I looked on YouTube, it doesn't look that difficult. If this is the right cable to purchase then I think I'll give it a shot. I called HTC, they said it would cost about $200.
