Possibly... I mean it looks plausible for a mobile phone or tablet.

It would be widely unusual for a toaster or a zebra.

Doesn't appear to be anything unusual going on. The two biggest are typical, the OS is always active and doing things even in the background, and any web browser will be doing a lot of work while in use (pulling all kinds of miscellaneous data from different places and then arranging everything to show up on your screen).
Are you actually having a problem or just curious?
