Power Control Widget

My girlfriend has a DRM running ICS. Since she updated it, she lost the power control widget (bluetooth, wifi, gps, sync, etc...) I told her that I'd get it back for her and tried to get it back on the phone, and for the next 45 minutes, I could not get it to come back.

How do I get the widget back on her phone? I'm not super familiar with the Moto Droid Razr Maxx, as I'm using a Samsung GNex, and have always had the widget and never lost it.

Any suggestions?

Assuming you've gone through the app drawer to the widget section?

Has anything (apps or services) been disabled?

sometimes some widgets get disabled (god knows why !!!)...did you try rebooting the phone ?
