In reviewing some location based security settings I've found that when I enable the Location Restriction in Lock Restrictions (located under settings > location & security settings) it will not allow you to turn on GPS through the locations & security settings page, however you can turn on the GPS using the stock Android Power Control widget or other third party power widgets. I am using a Motorola Droid X running the latest OTA update...
Is there anyway to lock the GPS off, so it can not be turned on with a power control widget?
