I have an HTC m8 from att and recently a message pops up saying "To restart your phone, press and hold the power and volume up buttons for 10 seconds." it pops up constantly when i hit the power button to remove it and just pops up randomly i was wondering if there is anyway to fix this problem. I do not even hold the power and volume up button at all but the message still appears. I have also done a factory reset as well twice.
