Power on Phone Automatically

I am looking for an app to power on the phone and power it off at a preset time?

Not posible on Android. It powers off and only by pressing the power button you can power it on.

Just curious but why would you want to do that? If your using the phone for an alarm the alarm works even when the phone is turned off.

No, it does not. Blackberries can both turn themselves on and off AND have the alarm go off while the phone is off.

With Android, off means off.
