Power on Problems

Hello and welcome to Android Forums! 
I found a few references to that issue and apparently you had the vol. down button pressed while powering on which put it into FTM (Field testing mode). Since I don't have any expereince directly with that tablet, all I was able to find was that to put it back into normal mode, you have to press the reset button.
Generally speaking a reset button on a tablet will be a small hole on the back or side that you press with a small wire like a paper clip. Be advised that a microphone might also be a small hole so don't go poking around unless you are certain.
