Help power on

Yesterday night after I charge my phone I want to turn it on but it won't turn on.
I don't know why but after a few mins I press the power bottom 2 times and it turns on.
Now I have to press 2time to start up.
Why is my HTC one x like this?

After my HTC Sensation got the ICS update, it needs such two presses sometimes.

My One X hasn't such an issue, but sometimes it takes some time to light the screen.

So, I think it's a ICS/Sense thing
