Help Power Saver Galaxy S2

Hello,
I'm new here and I did check the search box for my problem as well as an internet search and can not find the answer to my problem. My wife and I each have Galaxy S2s and have had them for two years. Upon low battery, we get a visual notification (red battery) on the notification bar. When the battery is almost dead, a beep beep will occur. My wife's phone has recently skipped the notification and goes directly to Power Saver mode even though the selector is turned OFF. My phone still goes through the notifications. I've searched the settings, internet, and other forums and have yet to find a problem. I would like to be able to get the notifications back on my wife's phone so she has the option of letting it run or placing it on a charger. As it stands now, it just shuts certain features off (Power Saver) and she gets no warning.

Hi there, kevinlyonsde, and welcome to Android Forums. We're glad you're here. :)

I've moved this to our Galaxy S2 T-Mobile board so fellow owners will be more likely to see it.

In the meantime, have you checked to make sure all the settings on your phone and your wife's match? (I'm sure you have. But we have to start somewhere! :))

Thanks, I thought of that earlier but have not done it because I thought it might be a deeper problem. I like to complicate things, ...hahaha. I'll post the results of the test. Thanks again, Kevin
