[justtom]

Looking for one just like Battery widget https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.geekyouup.android.widgets.battery&feature=search_result#?t=W251bGwsMSwyLDEsImNvbS5nZWVreW91dXAuYW5kcm9pZC53aWRnZXRzLmJhdHRlcnkiXQ..but also has the switch for 3/4g as well as display, wifi, gps and bluetooth that only takes up one screen cell.

I use Widgetsoid and put the toggles in the pull down notification bar. I got the toggles not even taking any screen cell.
