I have installed Poweramp on my tablet several times, the problem is that the app continues to shut itself down. The screen says that Poweramp has stopped working.

I recommend going into your device settings and locating the APPS. Look through them and locate PowerAmp. Choose the complete DATA WIPE. Then uninstall it. Reboot your device and try installing PowerAmp again. Hopefully that will fix your issue.
Try contacting the developer. I've just done a Google search on the issue and it seems PowerAmp is having issues with some devices.
