Poweramp Playlist help

Hoping someone can help. I have a Galaxy S3 and recently added Poweramp to it for my music. Now, I have 70 playlists from my old MP3 player that no longer works and was just wondering if there was someway I could copy those into Poweramp so I don't have to manual create them again as it would take hours.

Depending on the format, you should be able to just copy the playlist to your phone and tell poweramp to scan for playlists.
Mine are m3u format.

Tried but it didn't add them. Mine are in zpl format which is one I've never heard of. I had a Zune if the helps.

Nevermind that post, I found a tool to convert them to m3u and then what you said worked! Thanks!
