powers itself on

I have a centura (tracfone) that I power off each night. Sometimes it powers itself back on. It is very annoying when that tracfone blue screen and the tracfone sound wakes me up. The phone operates just fine otherwise.

Anybody heard of this? Any ideas on the cause and fix?
