Help Pre installed apps

I didn't search the forum first, but is there a way to uninstall preloaded apps off of my HTC Evo? Any help, much obliged. Thanks.:confused:
 
You would need to root the phone and then use a program to remove the apps. You nay want to check in the evo section of the forum for more info on how to root the phone
 
Last I checked the Evo is still pretty easy to root so you shouldn't have an issue with getting that done. If rooting isn't your thing LauncherPro has the option to hide these apps in your launcher to make it seem like they are uninstalled. While it doesn't remove them from your phone you won't have to see them mixed in with your other apps.
 
You have to root your phone to remove the pre-installed bloatware. And even then, you are advised not to, but to instead only "Freeze" them.
