Pre-installing applications on Android

Hey there, I am relatively new to Android and I was wondering if there is a simple way to pre-install applications and settings onto a Android-device and then maybe copy that setup to a file or a backup and then restore it to another device?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for the tip, I actually only found some applications that allow you to install applications directly from an SD-card, I couldn't find any apps that allow me to save settings and applications installed on a device to my computer or onto a SD-card so that I can install it on a another device.

I am basically looking for some sort of way to "mirror" my device onto another Android-device.
