Pre-Order Problems...

I get to the final step of paying for the phone, but when I try to use my Verzion Gift Card, it complains that I need to enter in my pin number. No matter what I do, it keeps telling me it requires the pin number. I even tried ordering the phone using Chrome, Firefox and IE. Nothing works.

However, when I check the balance on the card via the Verizon website, it accepts the pin without any issues.

I am currently at work so I cannot call Verizon directly, plus, I rather not pre-order over the phone considering the instant rebate online.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sigh.

Called Verizon. Apparently their website does not process gift cards correctly... They apologized and suggested I add the phone to my bill and use the gift card to pay the bill.

That is all.
