Help Precise battery app and good and bad sides of rooting

Hi. I'm looking for a battery app that can show me battery level by 1%, something like iPhone does, and if its possible if it works without rooting. And if someone can tell me what are good and bad sides of rooting, wat benefits I get and what are the risks of rooting.
And how does rooting affects the battery life?

That works pretty well tells me exactly what percentage of battery I have left.

I can't help you with rooting, sorry.

Thank you, but does it tell you exactly how much battery you have left between 15 and 90 %? Cuz all the apps or widgets I tried between 15 and 90 go by 10%, none goes exactly 1 by 1, for example to tell me i have 77% left, it will be 70 or 80... And also it would be good if it can show percentage in the status bar...
