took me 5 days to find out how to activate predictive text using 12 key pad on my arc..... my network provider tec support had no idea. if its driving you as mad as i did me then long press the text box in messaging, tap input method and select chinese keyboard.to revert vack to a "QWERTY" keyboard (aarrgghh !) do the same but press default input instead.
