Help Predictive Text

I've switched from the Samsung Focus to the Inspire. I love this phone except for the predictive text. It sucks or I don't have it set up right. On my Focus, I could tap in two letters and the phone would already have several words to choose. It doesn't seem to work on the Inspire. Is there something that I'm missing or is there an add on app that will help?

Go to Settings>Language & Keyboard>Touch Input>Text Input and make sure Prediction is ticked.

Yep, everything that should be checked was.

If you want really good predictive text I would suggest a different keyboard like swiftkey or swiftkey x. I use swiftkey x and it is amazing. Predictive text with swiftkey is accurate for me, extremely accurate.

Swiftkey is good, but I cant get away from Swype. Its so fun to text too. Search online for Swype Beta

Try the gingerbread keyboard from the market and go keyboard too for some more simpler traditional type kbds that are IMO better than the htc one.

Thanks guys. Swiftkey x works great. I did try Swype a while back but couldn't get used to swiping.
