Root Prefer an lte band

i was wondering if there is a possibility of getting my zmax to prefer a cretin frequency band, in my area i have 4G LTE on band 2 and band 4 , but my phone automatically switches to band 2 which gets lower speeds in my house, band 4 gets really good speeds. i was wondering if their is a way to prefer band 4

telephony.lteOnGsmDevice = 1
--- Underneath that line, add...
ro.ril.def.preffered.network=10

I have no idea what it does on these roms or the zmax... I just know that those 3 settings control which networks. I have the same issue as you. I live near a tower owned my a certain advertising company and it somehow overrides my connection. Their tower also constantly pulses knocking out tv signals and all our phones, even different models. So it would be nice to be able to force it to stay on one band, or at least aggressively prefer one or two bands
