I flashed the verizon radio on to my HTC 10, but I saw on the guide to make sure the cellular networks is set to Global. I am not sure where this setting is. Help would be greatly appreciated!

What you're looking for is under "Mobile Data". Tap on Phone settings first. That's the Gear icon on the top left, when you pull down your notification bar. Scroll down the settings until you see "Mobile Data". Tap on that and 3 settings down is "Preferred Network". Make sure "Global" is selected. That's it. Good luck.
