Help Prestigio tablet notifications problem

I have Prestigio Multipad Wize 3111 10.1" tablet and does not show visible notifications and not playing the sound notifications also, of my apps when tablet is in lock screen and display is shut. Only shows and play them
when i wake up the screen. What should i do?

You can first check the volume of notifications. If you go to "Settings" >> "Device" >> "Sounds and notifications" >> "Volume" you can see that there are 4 sound preferences (Ringtone, Media, Notification and System). Second you can check that the option "Do not disturb" is off. Also you can check if the tablet is configured to show notifications in the Lock Screen ("Settings" >> "Personal" >> "Lock screen and security" >> "Notifications").

I did all those steps and didn't helped.
