Root Pretty sure i just killed my phone.

So I have am rooted with cwm and am now stuck in boot loop and have a device that is incapable booting into recovery via the power button method.

I figure am screwed but just want to check before heading to metro in the morning?

Has the button method previously worked and have you replaced download mode with recovery? Do you have adb access?? Or fast boot?
 
Please help. I have the l70 ms323 rooted stuck in bootloop. I have fast boot and adb. No download mode. Also I think I accidently unchecked usb debugging.
