Help Preview Notification

I just started using Lollipop for the first time. I have Twitter notifications turned on. Instead of just getting the notification in the status bar like I used to, it give me a big distracting preview. I can't figure out how to turn that off.

Anyone have any idea?

Called heads up notifications, try to find it in settings under its own category or maybe under settings>applications>twitter or under "notifications" if you have that.

EDIT: there's also this app, though I haven't tried it it claims to do what you would want, worth a try.
