I recently had to factory reset my Galaxy J7. Now when I (re)install an app that was on my phone before, Google Play shows the app as installed, and offers the button Open rather than Install. Additionally, the shortcut does not show on any of the home panels nor in the installed apps. How do I update this install history and/or correct and restore these links? Thanks!
