Prime Won't Boot Up After Cyanogenmod ROM Install

Prime is rooted and bootloader is unlocked. I have been running Virtuoso since I got the tablet a few months back and wanted to try Cyanogenmod 9. Booted into CWM, completed a full backup, then wiped the cache and did a factory wipe/all data wipe. Then I installed Cyanogen from the zip and got the "Zip installed successfully' message. Then I selected to reboot and it boots to the EEE screen and then turn off. I have to hold the power button for about 8 seconds to get it to reboot and it consistently does the same thing.

I can get back into CWM and tried to restore the backup I made and it is still doing the same thing after restoring the ROM.

I also tried wiping cache and data and rebooting with the same result.

Any help to get it back powering on?

I reinstalled Virtuoso from the zip in CWM and it booted back up. We'll see if restoring my backup to get all my data and filles back kills it again....

Have you tried hitting fix permissions after flashing a rom ?
