Hi and Welcome.
To print from an Android phone directly you need a printer that connects wirelessly and an app to connect with it using your wifi network. Most printer manufacturers have their own android app for this or you could use an app such as "printhand" which I find good (but not free)..
If your phone has usb OTG you may be able to print directly via a usb cable (using printhand or similar app)
