I cannot print directly from my galaxy phone. What application should I download that I can send e-mails etc directly to e-printers.

The Galaxy phone print option is only for Samsung printers. See if your printer is on the printerShare supported printers list. If so, I highly recemmend the app. There are other options available in the Google Play store as well.
