Printing with android without Internet

I'm looking for an app that i can use to print with from my android phone without needing internet acces(conversionserver or whatever) and also doesn't ask for stupid permissions like reading my phone's caller id(means Printershare Starprint are a no go) most manufacturer apps need to imploy a conversion of the file before it's send to the printer this makes it very dependand. In my case the Cannon app even asks me to accept a privacy policy that doesn't seem right before it even prints >.>

It may depend on what phone you have.

For instance, I can print directly from my Samsung Galaxy S II to my Samsung laser printer via wifi and my home network. No internet involved.

... or what printer you are wanting to print to. Brother's iPrint&Scan app works quite well with Brother printers for example.
