my phone was stolen a few hours ago (blackberry priv) using the google device manager i locked and then went to get it back (the thief threw it in the bushes). after a few tries to unlock it , getting a wrong password it told me to turn it off and on again , so i did. after that it seems the phone went offline , the gdm cant connect or trace the device , so i cant change the password or reset it from my pc. also , once in a while the phone starts making this taping sounds for a minute and then stops.i tried hardreset but it dosent seem to work. i cant add any pictures , because , well ... it locked
