Privacy on SMS?

Is there a way to hide certain SMS threads on my phone? I have officemates that often borrow my phone and I dont want them snooping around my text messages.

Is it possible via 3rd party apps or anything?

Thank you for the response! I was somewhat expecting suggestions from people who have already tried them. I know there are reviews on the Play Store too but I wanted to get this end's opinions as well.

Get an app like Seal or similar. I put a pattern lock over my SMS app with that. LOL.

Go sms has the option for putting threads into a private box thats password protected.
