Privacy question regarding Samsung Android Gallery (v14.1.01.7)

Hello,

I noticed recently that all the pictures on my phone has been classified in categories (cars, cats, accessories, etc...)
I don't use any cloud storage (at least not that I'm aware of) and turned off every possible features I know that improves privacy.

My question, is this classification was done by the app itself (locally on my phone) or did my pictures were analyzed (read sent) to a cloud service of some sort to do this classification?

If you never sync them with a cloud service, it would have been done by the app.
