Help private box

how can i fix this?
i receive my message on the private box but when i open no message found?
plss need help..

I assume this is using a particular message app, since only some have a private box. So it would help if we knew which app (if it's one that came with the phone, which phone model and OS version would be relevant info as different manufacturers modify the message apps).

I'm not sure I understand the situation. Are you saying that you receive a message (email, SMS, other?) notification but when you open it there is no sender info and it's blank?

i receive my message go sms pro in private box ..absolute yes i can't receive any msg in the private box.. my phone is android mobile

No messages from anyone? Try using a different message client like Handcent or hangouts.

I think Evolve SMS also has a "private box" feature.
