We've opened a new (experimental) section called Private Chat With Staff, which is a sub-forum to the Suggestion Box and Feedback area at the bottom of the home page.
In this forum you can create threads that only you will be able to see or reply to - along with all the Guides and Moderators. No other regular members will be able to see the thread.
So, should you have a question, concern, or just want to give a shout out to the staff as a whole without the whole community seeing, you can do that. It could also be utilized if you're not sure who you should be PMing about something, etc.
