Help Private Mode During Hands-Free Call

Friends -- Something odd has started happening with my GS3. When I'm on a hands-free call via Bluetooth and my car's speakerphone system, and another call comes in (call waiting), and I switch to the new call (while disconnecting the other call), the new call goes into private mode and I cannot use my car's hands-free speakerphone system. I experimented by connecting with a different car, and had the same result.

Is there a setting somewhere in the phone that controls this?

Open the phone app and tap your settings button. There is an option for enhanced privacy mode at the bottom. Not sure if that helps

I'm on T-Mo. I can't seem to find that setting anywhere on the phone!
