I try to access my private mode and it asks for Pattern. Somehow the pattern I've always used does not work. (Possible my nosey Ex changed it) it the gives me a 60min lockout. When I click on the timer it prompts me to enter pin. I KNOW MY PIN. BUT WHEN I TOUCH THE NUMBER PAD TO INPUT THE DIGITS. NOTHING HAPPENS .......WHY SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO MOVE FORWARD.

PRIVATE MODE PIN ENTRY WONT INPUT

Sounds like somebody been tampering with your password but had that happen to me before and I used ADM Android Device Manager. Log in from a laptop or desktop and click locate device and wipe. This will erase all settings off of your phone so you can log back in on your device after it's finished. Good Luck!!
