Hi. Is there a privicy policy on Iubenda for if your users have to pay for your app, but not in app purchses? Do I need a clause for this?

Hi. My understanding is, that's not normally the intention of a privacy policy, which is to explain things like what the app does with your personal data. Have a look here for some guidelines:

If you want to make your app paid-for, then that detail is included in the app's Google Store page, which will clearly state any up front purchase fee, or specify that the app has in-app purchases. I haven't seen any privacy policies which include details of fees.
