I upgraded to 3028 via *228, in Orange Park, Florida, and it seems like my download/upload speeds are much improved, latest test at 413pm, gave me 300 kbps down and 424 kbps up, much improved for me compared to 3027.
Monday I will check other places in Jacksonville, FL

FYI
If you're in the Tampa Bay area, this prl is slow. Best to stick with 3026.
