If you find any useful prl to use please uplead them, especially if you fin some rare ones, like verizons 52811

If you use a PRL that supports Verizon roaming, you will run into issues. If the phone connects to a Verizon tower, the network will not authenticate it. Data won't work, and if you try to make a phone call you just get a prerecorded error message.

there are some very mixed feedbacks about PRL change.
for what it's worth, I don't think changing it will do any good.
