Root PRL update

Does anyone know where I can get the latest PRL for our phone? I have a friend on Sprint who has fantastic reception at my house but I'm roaming. According to the "About" on my phone (DU3.6) it says I'm running PRL 61010 and no amount of googling as helped me find anything recent or what she even has. I've tried installing Harmonia and running a PRL update that way but no luck.
 
I'm not an expert on PRL's or anything but are you on Virgin Mobile? Virgin Mobile doesn't have roaming because they can ONLY utilize Sprint owned towers by contract where people on Sprint carrier contracts can "roam" usually when there aren't any Sprint owned towers in area where there is reception is poor so you're friend may be getting a boost off another carriers towers where you (on virgin mobile) do not get that luxury.

Also, what device is your friend using? Different devices are going to have differences in reception strength, radio frequencies, and things I'm not qualified to answer so signal strength is always going to vary from device to device regardless of being on the same carrier. If you have a bit more detail about the situation can maybe help a little further.

Also check the "sticky" threads at the top of the message board and if you're s-off you can try flashing different radio versions to see if that helps. For instance the 108 radio is the latest radio version for VM however at my work the 706 radio version actually increases my call/data signal. The PRL you listed in your thread I believe is the latest for VM but again, that may not necessarily mean its the best one for you at your house.
 
I have the HTC EVO V 4G on VM and she has the Samsung Galaxy S3 on Sprint.

Wouldn't it make sense that the higher numbered PRL list is the most inclusive? How do I find which one is best for me and the area I live in? At work I have great reception, no problem, but at home it's nonexistent.

To get the latest, flash a stock ROM and update prl
And i believe the latest is 61010
The only way to find the best is to try different ones....but usually that latest is greatest

I tried running the PRL update on Harmonia and it said it was the latest. Is it possible to flash a Sprint specific PRL list from somewhere or do I have to have a VM one? My phone is Sprint branded if that matters or makes a difference.

EDIT: Her PRL is 25015. Apparently they are not sequential.

Pretty sure you can put any prl, but I've heard of people getting in trouble for using the wrong towers....you need to use a windows program to change prl manually (qpst? I think)
