Probably a stupid question

[Patrbr126]

Hi folks I have just got my tablet so pretty new to this kind of thing.
When I open my applications such as chrome, email etc how exactly do I close them down. On my computer in top right hand of the screen there is a white cross on a red background - I know that this will close the application - is there something similar on the tablet?

Thanks

Hey, welcome to the forums!
You can keep clicking the back button until the program closes, press the home button, or some applications have an option when you click the menu button to exit/close the application.
