Root Probably bricked my phone...HELP!

Ok, so I followed Neph's Guide found here to return back to complete stock.

Flashing LG signed Firmware - LG Spectrum - RootzWiki

Basically, I followed it to a T, before starting this, I was running Eclipse, so it goes thru the whole deal of installing the "update" thru the phone update tool from LG, once it gets to the point of rebooting at 100%, it just boot loops, the 4G LTE screen comes up, and then it just boots and boots and boots back into that, it never loads, I tried flashing the v6 Firmware, and it did that, so what I did, was boot back into download mode and tried the v4 firmware from there, with the same result. It just keeps bootlooping like that...

Any suggestions...or am I screwed...?

ok, so upon trying something off of a whim, I held down Vol DOWN + Power and Factory Reset from there, came up. I think I'm good....

the easier way to return to stock is using nephs link here. it's restoring a nandroid and flashing a zip file to restore stock recovery.

next time just use the CWM method for returning to stock. It's much easier.
